This year, the Lithuanian Energy Institute implemented infrastructure projects for the modernization of two institute buildings.
Despite November being colder than usual, due to the modernization of buildings, the heat consumption in November 2023 decreased compared to November 2022:
In the administrative building – by 12% (or 5810 kWh less than in 2022).
In the laboratory building – by 15% (or 6480 kWh less than in 2022).
Comparing the electricity consumption in November 2023 and November 2022, after the renovation of the LEI laboratory and administrative buildings, the Institute consumes 11% (or 6900 kWh) less electrical energy.
