Project summary:
The LIFE programme contributes to the European Union becoming a climate-neutral and sustainable society, supports the implementation of EU climate policy in line with the European Green Deal and prepares the EU for the climate challenges of the coming years and decades. The LIFE subprogramme “Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation” aims to develop and implement innovative responses to climate challenges. If the sub-programme “Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation” does not cover these issues, the sub-programme “Clean Energy Transition” may include activities related to energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. The project “Preparation for submitting an application under the Horizon Europe calls for proposals for the project: Synthesis of a catalyst from mugwort for the production of hydrogen fuel (KIETisH2)” aims to develop and synthesize a catalyst for efficient hydrogen fuel production. The project has great potential for developing sustainable and environmentally friendly technologies. The successful implementation of the project will allow for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, the reduction of the costs of hydrogen production, and the support of the transition to green energy, which is an important step in the fight against global climate change.
